You need to give priority

Many people always moan that they have too much to do but time is not enough. Sometimes people would turn to someone for help, or forgo something in order to get things done, or even call off everything because they don't know how to deal with such a big chunk of work. Our live is just fully loaded with unexpectedness and thing would never happen with complying your schedule - We plan to have one but always get three or four as a result.

But the truth is we just get 24 hours a day (if you dont need to nap), and we indeed have many to finish. Making 36 hours a day maybe a good solution, but a more feasible way is that you can give things a priority. It sounds very simple, but you ask yourself - how often you do so? or going further, do you really have a clear and tangible 'priority chart' in mind? What will you put in the first place?

If we have a concrete priority chart, we can deftly get out the most important in a pile of work on our desk. Even there are really many things pouring into your head and try to make you confuse, but because you have a clear priority, so you never become anxious and swiftly pick up what is the most important. Albeit there are many things remain unfinished, you are dealing with the task which is the most important, you thus have the strongest reason in mind to give those up. And you will find youself without feeling any quilty for shriking those jobs, contrarily, you get a very fulfilled and substantial feeling.

But first we need to have that priority chart in mind. You can get it only by yourself. You always know what's the most important to you, but ironly we usually opt to ignore it, because it routinely harms you if you take it on. Studying and playing, we take playing; Bear it or flee from it, we opt to flee. Sometimes we exploit "busy" as a pretext to shirk form our responsibility, because keeping to do meaningless jobs can make you deceive youself: "Hey, i'm dealing with a priority, pls don't bother me." But you really know in your deepened mind that you are just going further apart from that actually important to you. So if you really want to procure a priority chart, first you should learn to listen yourself, listen the voice from your deepened soul.

The priority chart just act as you campass, when you are floating in the sea and are struggling in the overwhelming waves, you will not lose the direction to the land. When we get confuse to make decision, such priority chart will always be useful for you.
